Cancellations
Please provide notification of cancellation more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations will incur the full session fee.

Insurance

Tapestry is a cash practice. Fees are listed here. Upon request a superbill can be provided to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

First Visit
Once you book an appointment, you will be sent an intake form to complete prior to your first visit. The location of the studio will be provided at this time.

Sliding Scale
If you would like to explore working together but the cost is prohibitive, please reach out via email to discuss options.
